## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant IC experience
- Deep understanding of IC team structures, pain points, and decision making processes
- Proven track record of expanding business, or getting the IC bureaucracy to adopt a major, new initiative
- Experience in business development, capture, or GTM leadership within government or defense technology sectors with a proven history of success is a plus
- Technical fluency in crypto problem set is a plus
