## About the role

Support semi-monthly and weekly payroll processing in Rippling, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, off-cycle payments, garnishments, and retroactive adjustments. Reconcile payroll registers against HRIS and benefits data before submission.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–3 years of payroll experience, ideally with multi-state and/or international exposure
- Working knowledge of core payroll tax concepts, including FICA and FUTA/SUTA
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups, and/or Google Sheets
- Strong reconciliation skills and close attention to detail. Payroll leaves no room for “close enough.”
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across Accounting, Finance, People, and other teams to resolve issues and keep payroll inputs accurate
