## About the role

We’re hiring our first operations leader to help Coframe scale. You’ll own finance and business operations, working closely with our CEO, go-to-market, talent, and customer-facing teams. You’ll oversee accounting and build the processes that connect how we sell, contract, bill, collect, and report on our business.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience across finance, accounting, business operations, or revenue operations, including experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong accounting foundations, including experience with revenue recognition, the monthly close, and financial controls
- A working understanding of recurring revenue models, quote-to-cash processes, and SaaS metrics such as ARR, renewals, and expansion
- Experience overseeing accounting work and external partners, with the judgment to review their work and remain accountable for the outcome
- Strong analytical and systems skills, including building dependable forecasts, reports, and operating dashboards
- Experience improving workflows across CRM, billing, and finance systems
