## About the role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to help bring Coframe to market as we enter our next stage of growth. You’ll work across launches, campaigns, customer stories, events, partnerships, and whatever else helps the right companies discover and understand what we’re building.

## What they're looking for

- 4–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or a similarly broad marketing role at a B2B technology company
- Deep proficiency with AI and a track record of using it to meaningfully improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of your marketing
- Experience taking marketing projects from idea to launch, with examples of work you personally drove and the results it produced
- A generalist who can set direction, coordinate across teams, and execute the work yourself
- Strong writing and creative instincts, with the ability to explain a technical product through clear, concrete examples
- Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple fast-moving projects
