## About the role

We're hiring an Accounting Manager to build the accounting function - this is the first full-time accounting hire at the company. You'll own the general ledger and monthly close, accounts payable and vendor payments, invoicing and collections, and the tax and compliance filings that support them. Near-term priorities include establishing the close calendar, building a chart of accounts for management reporting, automating reconciliations, and selecting the ERP we'll scale on.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to public accounting or in-house accounting at a scaling company
- Ability to own a monthly close end to end - planning, execution, and accountability for the result
- Experience designing or rebuilding an accounting process from the ground up
- Hands-on experience with a general ledger system and a modern expense or AP platform (e.g. Ramp)
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with broad scope and shifting priorities
- Expertise and willingness to use AI tools in day-to-day accounting workflows
