## About the role

Cogent is building autonomous cyber defense with AI agents that help security teams move from finding risk to actually fixing it. Field is already a major pipeline engine for us, and we are hiring a Field Marketing Manager to help scale that motion with sharp execution, creativity, and operating leverage.

## What they're looking for

- Run end-to-end execution for assigned field programs: planning, logistics, venues/vendors, invitations, on-site experience, materials, speaker coordination, and follow-up
- Make every event feel high-quality, intentional, and connected to the Cogent brand
- Coordinate tightly with AEs, SDRs, Partnerships, and leadership so target accounts are invited, followed up with, and converted into meetings and opportunities
- Help build repeatable playbooks, workflows, and AI-assisted tracking systems so we can manage logistics, tasks, vendors, follow-up, and reporting across more programs without reinventing the process every time
- 2-4+ years in field marketing, event marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or marketing/program operations in B2B SaaS or technology, cybersecurity interest or experience is a plus
- Experience supporting or running events, webinars, field programs, or partner activations tied to pipeline goals
