## About the role

We’re hiring a Workplace Manager to own the day-to-day experience of our San Francisco office and coordinate logistics for our New York office. You’ll be based in SF, in office 3 days a week or as needed, and you’ll be the person who makes both locations run. Coordinate office move-ins and move-outs, including vendor scheduling, timelines, and setup

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or a related coordination role
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office moves or build-outs
- Comfortable owning a second office’s logistics remotely, without daily in-person oversight
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through on details that don’t get missed
