## About the role

We’re hiring a RevOps lead to build and own the systems that keep our revenue engine running—from pipeline management and forecasting to compensation and sales performance. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to translate business goals into scalable processes, ensure data accuracy across the funnel, and design automations that accelerate deals and improve predictability. Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You’re excited to be a Sales Ops leader
- Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
- Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills
- You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments
- Comfortable with SQL
