## About the role

At Cognition, partners are force multipliers . Partner Deployed Engineers (Partner DEs) are partner-facing (and customer-facing) technical experts who enable services partners such as Global Systems Integrators to successfully deploy, scale, and deliver value with Devin across their client base.

## What they're looking for

- Degree in STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits
- Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments preferred)
- Strong communication skills, you can engage credibly and build relationships with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India and partner/customer sites
