## About the role

We're seeking an experienced Head of Non-Tech Talent to lead our comprehensive hiring strategy for all non-technical roles. This is a pivotal position as we build out our capabilities across General and Administrative (G&A) Go to Market (GTM) Finance, Legal, and other business-critical functions. You'll transform how we attract, hire, and develop top talent beyond while building and coaching a high performing global talent team.
