## About the role

Cohere Health is seeking a detail-oriented and outcomes-driven Senior Clinical Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of one of our new Speech Therapy Program. Reporting to VP, Clinical Programs, each Senior Clinical Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a specific program’s operations and outcomes, ensuring delivery aligns with Cohere’s strategic objectives, client commitments, and member impact.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field
- 7+ years in clinical practice + program or project management, preferably in utilization management, or healthcare technology
- Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience collaborating with analytics teams and interpreting data to inform decision-making
- Strong organizational and execution skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to Interpret data into actionable insights
