## About the role

Cohere is in a unique and exciting position to grow our G&A team globally! We are expanding our Talent Team and are looking for a creative, high-performing G&A talent partner who is eager to take on a new challenge as we are in the early stages of building the Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will master a new domain of recruiting, recruit world-class talent, and influence the scaling of a high-growth Canadian tech company.

- 3-7 years of G&A full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams (experience at startups is a plus)
