## About the role

Own end-to-end recruiting for roles across Talos’s Revenue & Operations organizations, partnering with hiring managers to define role scope, hiring strategy, and candidate profile. Source, engage, and close candidates across a wide range of commercial and operational functions, adapting your approach to each function’s market and talent pool.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including both agency and in-house recruiting across commercial or business operations functions
- Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates across a diverse set of roles simultaneously, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence with hiring managers and senior leaders
- ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System is required, experience with Ashby is a significant advantage
- Baseline understanding of capital markets, fintech, or digital assets is preferred but not essential
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and professional, with strong ownership over your requisitions
