## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale
- Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems - payment processing, transfers, ledgers, reconciliation, or the reliability layers around them
- Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering, reconciliation, and the design of preventive and detective controls
- Demonstrated ability to set standards that other teams must meet and make them stick across organizational boundaries in a highly regulated environment
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
