## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on growth, engagement, or lifecycle products at scale (1M+ users)
- Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization or relevance features, with demonstrated ability to partner with data science teams on model development and evaluation
- Deep expertise in experimentation methodology, including designing A/B tests, defining success metrics, and interpreting results to inform roadmap decisions
- Experience owning a multi-channel messaging or notifications platform (push, in-app, email), including deliverability, opt-in optimization, and frequency management
- Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools, with a demonstrated habit of self-serving insights to drive product decisions without waiting for analyst support
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
