## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on ownership of production trading, exchange, or financial infrastructure systems at scale
- Deep proficiency in a backend language such as Java, C++, or Go, with experience in JVM or Linux performance tuning for latency-sensitive workloads
- Track record designing and operating highly reliable distributed systems processing high volumes with strict correctness and uptime requirements (24/7)
- Experience partnering with Product and cross-functional teams to scope and deliver complex technical projects on clear timelines
- Genuine interest in crypto and institutional markets, with the ability to ramp quickly, deep crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
