## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend systems, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto
- Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Go, Java) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), with hands-on experience designing distributed systems and APIs
- Track record of serving as DRI for technical projects, driving end-to-end delivery from system design through production deployment
- Experience integrating with or building on blockchain or crypto technologies such as stablecoins, on-chain payments, or smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Base)
- Demonstrated ability to write technical design documents and communicate architecture trade-offs to product and engineering stakeholders
