## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building and shipping production web applications with React and TypeScript, with fullstack capability across frontend and backend services
- Demonstrated track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects from problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and iteration
- Deep frontend architecture expertise including state management, API integration, performance optimization, accessibility, testing, and observability
- Experience building data-rich operational products, enterprise software, or workflow systems where accuracy and user trust are essential (financial systems, reconciliation, or payments domain experience preferred)
- History of influencing technical direction across organizational boundaries and creating durable alignment among stakeholders with different priorities through written technical designs and product discussions
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
