## About the role

The Accounts & Finance Manager (Remotely from Karachi only) will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including payroll, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and statutory compliance. The role will support management by providing accurate financial insights, maintaining strong financial controls, optimizing costs, and contributing to strategic financial planning to ensure financial stability and sustainable business growth.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with experience managing finance operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Hands-on experience with payroll, cash flow management, AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of tax and statutory compliance requirements
