## About the role

You’ll sit on CoLab’s Strategy team and work on some of the most important and least-defined questions across the business. One week you might research an emerging market and build the case for how we should approach it. The next, you could dig into customer data, help shape an executive presentation, or jump into a cross-functional project. You won’t always get a detailed playbook. You’ll be expected to ask good questions, find the right information, make sense of it, and keep things moving.

## What they're looking for

- 1–3 years of relevant experience, exceptional new graduates with strong internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate what matters clearly
- Comfortable taking ownership with limited direction while knowing when to ask for input or support
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning how businesses, markets, customers, and products work
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, consulting, startups, or Marketing, Sales, Product, or Customer Success teams is a plus
