## What they're looking for

- You have 6+ years of experience building and operating complex web applications in production environments
- You have strong experience building backend systems, ideally in Python using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
- You’re comfortable working across the stack. Experience with React is a strong plus, especially if you enjoy building thoughtful, user-facing experiences
- You understand that velocity and quality aren’t opposites. When well done, they’re multiplicative
- You think in terms of outcomes, not just implementations. You care about solving real customer problems, even when the requirements aren’t perfectly defined
- You prefer pragmatic, well-reasoned solutions over theoretical perfection, and you know when “good and shipped” beats “perfect and late
