## About the role

You'll join a team that's moving beyond basic SaaS administration into a strategic People function where automation drives real efficiency for our global workforce You'll report to the Senior Manager, People Solutions and own meaningful pieces of our Workday ecosystem with real room to grow into broader scope over time this role is built as a growth path, not a fully-loaded seat from day one.

## What they're looking for

- Hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes (security architecture experience is a plus, not required we're open to candidates ready to grow into it)
- Experience building Workday reports or calculated fields, or strong aptitude to grow into this quickly
- Experience with an iPaaS/automation tool such as Workato is a plus
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse or similar) is a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve real-world business challenges, drive measurable outcomes, or streamline workflows
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
