## About the role

We are seeking a board-certified Medical Oncologist to join Color’s Virtual Cancer Clinic (VCC). This role reports directly to the Color Medical President and works closely with the executive team.

## What they're looking for

- M.D. or D.O., board-certified in Medical Oncology
- Active medical license in good standing, willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of independent, multidisciplinary oncology clinical practice post-fellowship, with expertise across multiple cancer types
- Strong commitment to evidence-based, high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, empathetic approach
- Comfort with telehealth technologies: video, asynchronous care, and EHR systems
