## About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer to join us. Reporting to the Head of DevOps, Security & IT, this individual will design, automate, secure, and operate our corporate technology environment across cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, endpoint platforms, enterprise SaaS, networking, and core IT services. This is a hybrid role with Monday-Wednesday being onsite at our office in South San Francisco.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Extensive knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques to support day to day operations of a hybrid on-premises/cloud network
- Identity and access management experience (IAM)
- Experience producing thorough documentation, runbooks and SOPs
- A demonstrated track record of successfully communicating technical terms and concepts to a broad range of audiences - technical, non-technical, internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a remote/distributed team environment
