## About the role

Column’s Correspondent Banking (CB) Compliance role will support the delivery of Column’s correspondent banking strategy as we expand into new geographies and onboard new banks. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing Column’s framework for onboarding correspondent banking relationships in a highly hands-on and execution-focused capacity.

## What they're looking for

- 6-8+ years of regulatory, compliance or risk management experience with a focus on international financial activity. Previous correspondent banking experience is ideal but not required
- Ability to build and operational policies, procedures, and workflows
- Strong familiarity with underwriting geographic and political risks
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create detailed, clear documentation for a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to jump into new situations and quickly solve problems, with an eye towards architecting solutions that will scale
- Hyper-organized approach to project management, including coordinating efforts across multiple teams, comfort juggling multiple projects and priorities is critical
