## About the role

As Column's first Deployment Strategist, you’ll lead end-to-end deployments of Column’s technology and operating model into the businesses we partner with and build alongside. You’ll act as the “GM” of each deployment, sitting at the intersection of product, operations and strategy. You’ll take a business’s hardest operational problems and turn them into systems, tools and processes that measurably improve how it runs, while working alongside senior leadership at Column to take our business to the next level. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in product, business operations, or a forward-deployed or solutions role at a high-growth technology company
- You know what great software and great user experiences look like
- A track record of owning complex, high-stakes deployments or programs end to end
- Executive presence, and the ability to align stakeholders with different priorities around a shared goal
- A hyper-organized approach to execution. You’re comfortable running several workstreams across teams at once
- Excitement about spending ~50% of your time on the road, embedded with the teams and operations you’re deploying into
