Payment Operations is a critical pillar of delivering a best-in-class banking experience for our customers. As a core member of this growing team, you’ll help scale Column’s payment operations function—from developing robust internal processes to providing white-glove support for payment-related customer requests.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree
- Lightweight technical skills (SQL, Javascript, Python) with an aptitude to learn quickly/use AI
- Familiarity with NACHA operating rules, wire transfer standards, and payment processing concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer empathy and a bias for action—you're energized by solving problems for customers and fixing broken processes
