## About the role

We are looking for our Director of Marketing. In this position you will lead our marketing function on a small, high-impact team, setting the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute it. You'll work closely with members of the revenue organization to build pipeline, sharpen our brand, and help grow the business.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant time in B2B software, SaaS, or tech
- Proven experience leading marketing on a lean team where you were both the strategist and the doer
- A creative mindset and a track record of trying new approaches, learning quickly, and iterating
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Advanced experience in HubSpot, including marketing automation. Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to set goals, track performance, and make decisions
