- Identify and validate customer pain points that are ripe for agent-based automation
- Own the AI-first product strategy: leverage LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, and tool use to craft intelligent workflows

- Create and test AI-driven prototypes, either hands-on or with the support of forward-deployed engineers
