## What they're looking for

- We are looking for a senior- or staff-level engineer with a strong track record in fast-paced startup environments who prefers context over control and operates with a high degree of agency
- · 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally as an early technical leader or core contributor at a high-growth startup
- · Hands-on experience with production AI: You have built and deployed LLM- or agent-based systems in real-world settings (specifically addressing structured outputs, retrieval, or orchestration)
- · Strong technical judgment: You understand how to make pragmatic trade-offs between execution speed, system reliability, and long-term technical debt
- · End-to-end ownership: You take pride in owning projects from initial architecture through to implementation, deployment, and monitoring
