## About the role

The Commure Ambient team is building the AI-native clinical operating layer for providers. Our AI prepares clinicians before the visit, documents the conversation during it, codes the encounter after, writes structured data back to the EHR, and supports nurses across the full shift. All so clinicians spend more time with patients and less on their screens.

## What they're looking for

- We are hiring at both levels and calibrate scope to experience
- Senior PM: 3+ years of product management experience, with strong generalist fundamentals and a track record of owning products end to end
- Staff PM: A track record of setting strategy, driving complex product areas across multiple teams, and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI. You have used and reasoned about LLMs, agents, and evals. You keep up with the frontier and get excited about what's shipping this month, not last year
- Technical fluency to read documentation, understand APIs and integrations, and hold substantive conversations with engineers
- A structured approach to user research and a real track record of turning insight into shipped product
