## About the role

Commvault is seeking a Director of Resilience to lead and mature our enterprise resilience program. In this role, you will establish the strategy, governance, and operating model that enables Commvault to withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptive events.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber resilience, or related disciplines
- Experience building and leading enterprise resilience programs
- Strong understanding of critical service resilience, recovery planning, testing, and crisis preparedness
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, global organizations
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
