As an EIR at Terrarium you will partner with our team to validate a high conviction thesis, pressure test GTM and unit economics, build the early product path, and recruit the first teammates. You will use our research stack, customer network, and capital pathway to turn insight into a venture-backable company. Lead a zero-to-one company creation process from problem discovery to a backable plan

## What they're looking for

- 6 to 12+ years in startups, product, engineering, operations, or new business building
- Evidence of shipped product, launched services, or scaled programs that drove revenue or outcomes
- Strength in one or more of: product management, full-stack or data engineering, B2B SaaS GTM, healthcare operations, analytics, or marketplace design
- Customer research fluency and a metrics mindset
- Integrity, resilience, and a collaborative style
