## About the role

We're creating a new senior seat on the investment team: someone with real investing reps who wants to specialize at the frontier of AI. You'll source, diligence, model, and help make investment decisions, with AI as your area of depth. You'll also bring real fluency to how the firm uses AI internally by contributing to and expanding upon the tools and workflows the team already runs.

## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of investing or directly relevant analytical experience. Time as an analyst or associate at a bank, a private equity firm, or another venture firm, where you've built real financial models under real scrutiny
- Modeling Competency. Given a cap table, a growth curve, and a set of assumptions, you can build a model showing how a deal returns capital under different scenarios — and you know which assumptions actually matter
- Investment judgment. You can take a position on a deal in a partner meeting and defend it under genuine pushback
- AI-native. You use frontier models and coding agents daily and can contribute to internal tooling
- Excited to work in person out of our offices at 22 Vanderbilt
