## About the role

Comply is looking for a Manager, Onboarding to lead our Enterprise Onboarding Managers and deliver a best-in-class implementation experience for our most complex, high-value clients. You’ll lead and grow a team of team of Enterprise Onboarding Managers who own complex, high-impact implementations of the Comply platform. You’ll coach and develop the team, set the standards and playbooks they run on, and step in as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders when it counts.
