## About the role

We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to join our Delivery team in the US. This role will support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt and get value from our SaaS solutions. This role is hybrid to our Irving, TX office with the expectation of attending the office 3 days per week.

- Lead customer implementations and onboarding from planning through go-live
- Understand customer needs and help define and build solutions using our SaaS platform
- Configure the system based on customer requirements and best practices
- Deliver customer training and enablement to ensure successful adoption
