## What they're looking for

- Assist in the maintenance of AI and Supplier governance and risk management frameworks and keep up to date on global regulatory developments within privacy, AI and Security
- Support global commercial transactions, draft and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs
- Strong SaaS commercial contracting experience
- Hands-on data privacy governance experience including maintenance of global privacy documentation (RoPA, TRAs, SCCs etc)
- Understanding of and experience embedding AI governance and security frameworks
