- Partner directly with pharmaceutical and life sciences customers to understand business objectives, workflows, analytical needs, data requirements, and operational processes
- Facilitate detailed discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder interviews with business and technical participants
- Analyze current-state business processes and document future-state functional requirements
- Translate customer needs into clear business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Maintain requirements documentation and traceability throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, conflicting requirements, and unresolved business decisions and drive them to resolution with appropriate stakeholders
