- Identify and escalate to the correct product owner or product manager when required documentation is missing or incomplete
- Prioritize certification requests based on urgency, distinguishing between client-committed delivery dates and internal schema dependencies tied to downstream pipeline production schedules
- Maintain working knowledge of average certification timelines by dataset type to support realistic scheduling and stakeholder expectations
- Partner with Operations to stay current on the production calendar and upcoming client deliverables that depend on certified data
- Use SQL to independently validate that no unapproved structural changes exist between certified dataset versions
