- You're a builder: hands-on, high-craft, and high-output
- You're AI-fluent. You use AI tools to speed up and elevate your work, and you bring fresh ideas for how emerging AI can shape new marketing approaches
- You have motion design experience, or you're able to use tools to create compelling motion work
- You have web design experience, whether in Webflow, Framer, or through strong landing page design instincts
