This role exists because our website and organic presence are often a prospect's first real interaction with Conexiom — and increasingly, that interaction happens through an AI answer engine before it happens on a page. As Web and Digital Marketing Director, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll own how we show up organically: our website, our search and answer-engine visibility, and the conversion experience once someone lands. ## What they're looking for

- Deep, hands-on SEO expertise — technical SEO, content architecture, keyword strategy — plus working knowledge of GEO/AEO and how AI answer engines source and cite content
- Proven experience running a CRO/A/B testing program, from forming a hypothesis through to interpreting results and shipping changes
- Strong sense of content and conversion best practices — you know what makes a page rank and what makes a visitor act, and you can hold both at once
- A good eye for brand — comfortable being a steward of visual and verbal identity across web and organic content, not just a traffic-and-conversion operator
- Strong analytical instincts — comfortable in analytics, search console, and testing tools, and confident making the case for what to prioritize next
- A self-starter, scrappy mentality — someone who'll build the process that doesn't exist yet rather than wait for it
