## About the role

We're looking for a Manager, Event & Field Marketing to own our global event program end to end. This is a senior individual contributor role, you won't manage people, but you will own outcomes: the strategy, the calendar, the budget, and the pipeline our events are accountable for. ## What they're looking for

- 4+ years in event, field, or integrated marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, with clear ownership of a program's results — not just its execution
- Proven experience running both virtual and in-person events, including at least one large-format or flagship program you owned end to end
- Comfortable owning a number. You can connect event activity to pipeline, explain what worked, and make the call to kill what didn't
- Budget ownership experience, including vendor negotiation and managing spend across a multi-event calendar
- Exceptional project management. You'll run several events in parallel, at different stages, with minimal oversight
- Strong writer. You can produce the promotional copy, session abstracts, and speaker communications yourself rather than routing everything elsewhere
