We are seeking an experienced Director of Technical Accounting to join Consensys and lead the interpretation and implementation of complex accounting standards across the organization. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license (active and in good standing)
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and/or a technical accounting role in industry
- Deep, current knowledge of U.S. GAAP with demonstrated experience researching and documenting complex technical accounting positions
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements (for public companies) or equivalent stakeholder reporting needs
