## About the role

GTM Operations is the team that walks into those seams, diagnoses where they leak, designs the new way of working, proves it cross-functionally, and hands it off as a playbook the functional team can run without us. Net Revenue Retention and Expansion ARR are our scoreboard. You won't own the number. You will use it as the guiding light for every leak you chase and every playbook you ship.

## What they're looking for

- Sharp analytical chops. You can pull data, build a model, and pressure-test an assumption without waiting for a data request queue
- Crisp written communication. Your docs, memos, and updates make decisions faster, not slower
- Proven ability to own something end to end, from scope to ship, without hand-holding
- Evidence of cross-functional collaboration. You have worked with people outside your function and kept them aligned without formal authority
- AI-native. You default to building with AI, not asking for more headcount
- Willing to be based in Antwerp HQ or the UK, with regular travel to HQ
