## About the role

Our Events Lead (@Julia Sirotina) runs the global events operation — strategy, commercial negotiations, reporting, and the EMEA calendar. She will continue to own the global event strategy and commercial roadmap, including contract renewals, the reporting engine, and global lead scoring. This role reports directly to her and focuses 100 % on US execution and growth : delivering high-impact events, running virtual activations, and expanding our US footprint.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing, with hands-on execution ownership
- Track record of delivering 10+ events per year across a mix of conferences, owned events, and activations
- Strong vendor management skills: booths, production, merch, logistics, venues
- Comfortable managing event budgets and reporting on spend vs. results
- Based in New York or willing to relocate, comfortable with frequent US travel (30–40 %)
- Proven ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
