## About the role

As a core member of the People Strategy & Development team, the Senior People Business Partner (PBP) occupies a critical bridging role that actively aligns business partner strategy with global development programming. In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic talent advisor to assigned Copado business units, partnering closely with leaders to execute on business strategy. Simultaneously, you will serve as the global programmatic architect of Copado’s learning journey.
