## What they're looking for

- Provide physician leadership for our hypertension, diabetes, and CHF programs
- Maintain oversight of evidence-based clinical protocols and care pathways
- Review and recommend updates to clinical guidelines based on new research and evolving standards of care
- Support escalation of complex clinical cases as needed
- Partner with Nursing leadership to optimize care delivery workflows
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop AI-enabled clinical workflows, clinical automation, agentic prescription/titration, and decision support
