## About the role

We're hiring our first Brand & Design Lead to own how Coram looks, sounds, and feels everywhere it shows up. Right now that work is spread across the team and outside agencies. We want one person with genuine taste to own it end to end and raise the bar on all of it.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years in brand and/or design, including senior creative leadership with full brand ownership, ideally in an early stage (Series A/B) environment
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe (Illustrator, After Effects/motion)
- A portfolio that demonstrates taste and intentionality
- Experience building and leading teams where you've hired designers and managed agencies partnerships
- A hands-on leadership style with active involvement in designing vs. solely providing feedback on team contributions
- Resilient in challenging and fast-paced environments
