## About the role

As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the FP&A half of Coram's Finance function, which includes he financial forecast of the business, the analysis that sits around it, and the reporting that tells the leadership team where we actually are against plan. Oversee the company financial model and the forecast: building it, maintaining it, and defending it

## What they're looking for

- 5–10 years of relevant, hands-on experience
- SaaS operating experience with deep understand of how the model behaves
- Significant ownership experience: a model, a forecast, or a P&L line, with a clear story about the impact it had on the business
- Experience within rapidly scaling organizations. Early stage is a plus
- Strong business acumen and very high attention to detail
- Fluency in your own work with the ability to walk through a complex model you built and talk credibly about forecast accuracy
