## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Director and Business Partner to own and scale our HR operations as Coram continues to grow across the U.S., UK, and India. This is a broad HR leadership role for someone who has experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll inherit many of our existing HR operations and programs, quickly learn what we have in place, and take ownership of refining and scaling them as the company grows.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with broad exposure across multiple HR functions
- Experience working within a growing organization of approximately 200–500 employees, where you’ve had responsibility across multiple facets of HR
- Experience managing and developing a team of approximately 2–3+ people
- Strong experience across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to performance management and compensation review processes
- Experience supporting employees and managers across multiple locations and time zones
